Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay: $14-$16/hr
BlueWorx is hiring Production Workers for a manufacturing company in Pauls Valley. This role is ideal for someone with attention to detail who enjoys working with their hands in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate industrial sewing machines to produce quality products.
Read and follow work orders, patterns, and specifications.
Inspect finished items to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
Perform routine machine maintenance, such as threading, cleaning, and minor adjustments.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
Previous sewing or manufacturing experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
Ability to sit and operate a machine for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Dependable with good attendance.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
