BlueWorx is hiring a Quality Engineer to support continuous process and product improvement for one of our valued manufacturing partners in Oklahoma City. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction through process control, problem-solving, and driving measurable improvements in quality and efficiency.
Develop and maintain Process Control Plans
Lead and facilitate preventative and corrective actions across teams based on quality data and customer feedback.
Conduct failure analysis on customer returns to ensure quick turnaround and resolution.
Serve as a mentor for cross-functional improvement teams, supporting effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Represent Quality in product launches and Lean activities.
Support and coordinate customer visits related to product or process quality.
Manage special projects and resolve critical quality issues within company guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in a quality engineering/manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, etc.).
Ability to lead, coach, and influence cross-functional teams.
Experience with process capability, mechanical materials processing, and technical documentation.
