We are seeking an experienced construction professional to support and lead commercial projects across Oklahoma. This role requires strong field coordination skills, clear communication with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to manage projects from early phases through completion. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on active job sites and can take ownership of projects in both the Tulsa and Oklahoma City markets.
Review and interpret construction documents to ensure accurate execution in the field
Coordinate multiple subcontractors and vendors to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards
Provide on-site leadership and direction to ensure work is performed according to plans and specifications
Communicate effectively with project managers, trade partners, inspectors, and other involved parties
Support project planning, progress tracking, and issue resolution throughout the construction lifecycle
Demonstrated ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proven experience coordinating and directing multiple trades on commercial job sites
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to interact across teams and leadership levels
Willingness and ability to work on projects located in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and surrounding areas as needed
Background in hospitality or food-service related construction projects
Experience with commercial projects from initial site work through final delivery
Familiarity with construction project management software, particularly platforms used for documentation, scheduling, and collaboration
