Superintendent

We are working with a reputable commercial contractor in the Oklahoma City market that is looking to add a Superintendent to their team. This individual will take ownership of field operations and play a key role in driving projects to completion.
Position Overview:
The Superintendent is responsible for leading all on-site construction activities. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality. You will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and field teams to keep jobs running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all day-to-day field operations on assigned projects
- Partner with Project Managers on schedules, budgets, and overall execution
- Review plans, specs, and project documents to ensure proper execution
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment on site
- Enforce safety standards and lead regular safety meetings
- Manage and direct field personnel to maintain productivity and quality
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on schedule
- Conduct jobsite meetings with subcontractors and internal teams
- Review and approve field reports, timekeeping, and documentation
- Ensure all work meets contract requirements and quality standards
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Strong leadership presence on the jobsite
- Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects moving
- Solid understanding of construction methods, safety, and quality standards
- Experience with tools like Procore or similar platforms
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed
