Product Engineer

Overview
We are working with a growing product-focused organization seeking a Product Engineer to support the development of new technologies and improve existing product lines. This role blends hands-on engineering with cross-functional collaboration and will play a key part in driving product performance, cost efficiency, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development of new products from concept through launch
- Improve existing products for cost, quality, and performance
- Partner with product and business teams on technical initiatives
- Conduct competitive product analysis and benchmarking
- Help define product specifications and performance requirements
- Assist with product testing, validation, and beta programs
- Identify risks and support solutions across product lifecycle
- Work closely with suppliers on quality and product development
- Support new vendor evaluation and selection
- Review and analyze quality data, implement corrective actions
- Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance standards
- Assist with product documentation and technical reporting
- Provide technical support to internal testing and lab teams
- Collaborate with global teams on development efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in product development or consumer products preferred
- Strong understanding of electronics and product design
- Familiarity with technologies such as Bluetooth, USB, RF, or similar
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
