What You’ll Do

Assemble parts and components using hand tools and production equipment
Follow written instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
Perform visual quality inspections during and after assembly
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Assist with packaging, staging, and general production support as needed
Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements

What We’re Looking For In A Production Assembler

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended shifts, including overtime
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
Experience using basic hand tools is a plus
Willingness to learn and follow directions
