Light Industrial Account Manager / Recruiter

Position Overview
BlueWorx Staffing is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Light Industrial Account Manager / Recruiter to support and grow partnerships across the manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, and construction industries. This individual will play a key role in both client management and recruiting efforts by sourcing top talent, interviewing candidates, coordinating placements, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the hiring process.
This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication skills, urgency, organization, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities of a Recruiter at BlueWorx
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, and construction sectors
- Collobrate with sales on site visits to understand client hiring needs, culture, and workforce challenges
- Source, recruit, and interview candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Match qualified candidates to open positions based on skill set, experience, and culture fit
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through placement and onboarding
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and relationship development
- Ensure timely fill rates and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the ATS/CRM system (Bullhorn)
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee follow-up as needed
- Resolve employee or client concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Stay informed on market trends, pay rates, and hiring activity within the light industrial sector
Qualifications of a Recruiter at BlueWorx
- Previous staffing, recruiting, sales, customer service, or account management experience preferred (1-3+ years)
- Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, construction, or skilled trades environments is a huge plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- Comfortable making outbound calls and developing business relationships
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
