BlueWorx is seeking an experienced Stellantis Phase 3 & 4 Automotive Technician to support advanced diagnostics, repair, and maintenance operations on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. This role is ideal for highly skilled technicians with manufacturer-level experience and strong diagnostic capabilities across electrical, drivability, and powertrain systems.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling complex repair work while delivering high-quality service and maintaining dealership-level standards.
Position Overview
The Stellantis Phase 3 & 4 Technician performs advanced diagnostics, inspections, repairs, and maintenance on automotive systems while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Stellantis vehicles
- Troubleshoot:
- Electrical systems
- Powertrain systems
- Drivability concerns
- HVAC systems
- Suspension and steering components
- Complete repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer procedures
- Utilize OEM diagnostic software and scan tools
- Perform inspections and identify recommended repairs
- Document repair procedures and findings accurately
- Communicate repair recommendations and technical findings to management
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and hazardous material handling requirements
- Stay current on Stellantis technical training and service updates
- Support high-quality customer service and repair standards
Qualifications
- Stellantis Phase 3 & 4 Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical or vocational automotive training preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of dealership or advanced automotive technician experience preferred
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic experience
- Experience using OEM diagnostic equipment and repair software
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
Skills & Abilities
- Advanced troubleshooting ability with automotive systems
- Ability to interpret repair procedures, wiring diagrams, and technical service bulletins
- Ability to prioritize multiple repair orders and meet production goals
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Strong understanding of manufacturer repair standards and procedures
Physical Requirements
- Standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting throughout the shift
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional assisted lifting over 100 lbs
- Ability to work in awkward positions during repairs
- Exposure to loud environments, vehicle exhaust, heat, and cold
- Ability to pass drug/alcohol screening and safely operate vehicles
Work Environment
- Automotive dealership or repair shop environment
- Exposure to moving vehicles, shop equipment, fluids, and mechanical systems
- Moderate to loud noise levels throughout the facility
