BlueWorx is hiring dependable Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Tulsa. This role supports multiple areas of production including machine operation, molding, shipping & receiving, CNC support, and general manufacturing duties.

Position Overview
The Production Worker assists with manufacturing operations by operating equipment, supporting production lines, handling materials, inspecting products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Support molding, machining, CNC, and warehouse operations
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Perform basic machine operation and production support tasks
- Inspect products and components for quality and accuracy
- Read work instructions, production paperwork, and basic blueprints as needed
- Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, and staging materials
- Operate forklifts or material-handling equipment when assigned
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Support production goals and overtime requirements as needed
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, CNC, or machine operation experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple departments
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate and understand English
