Molder/Production Worker

We are hiring a Molder to support manufacturing operations by preparing and operating molding presses to produce high-quality products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities of a Molder or Production Worker
- Prepare materials and operate molding presses according to job specifications
- Load materials into molds and preheaters
- Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues
- Trim, clean, and prepare molded parts for production flow
- Maintain clean and organized work areas around production equipment
- Record labor and production information accurately
- Communicate production updates with team members and supervisors
- Assist with material movement and general production support as needed
Qualifications of a Molder or Production Worker
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements of a Molder or Production Worker
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, crouch, lift, and perform repetitive movements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment
