Position Overview

BlueWorx Staffing is hiring a Press Brake Operator for a growing manufacturing company in the Tulsa area. This position is responsible for setting up and operating press brake equipment to bend and form metal components according to blueprint specifications and production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Safely load and position metal materials
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Meet production deadlines and daily output goals
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications

• Previous press brake operating experience preferred
• Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environments
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• CNC experience is a plus
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
