CNC Machinist

Blueworx is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team! If you have experience setting up and operating CNC and manual machines, enjoy precision work, and take pride in producing quality parts, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: $27.00+/hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Set up, edit, and operate CNC and manual machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Perform machine offsets and adjustments.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Rework molds and tooling as needed.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Assist and mentor less experienced machinists.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment.
• Basic computer and math skills (geometry/trigonometry preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and bright lighting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift.
