About the Role

BlueWorx Staffing is hiring an experienced MIG Welder for a well-established manufacturing partner in the Oklahoma City area. This is a great opportunity for a skilled welder looking for flexible shift options and competitive pay with a growing company.

Responsibilities

Set up and perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components to meet production specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications
Inspect welds for quality, consistency, and adherence to tolerances
Fit and tack parts prior to final welding as needed
Perform minor grinding, cleanup, and finishing of welded parts
Maintain welding equipment and keep a clean, safe work area
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on MIG welding experience
Ability to read and work from blueprints and weld symbols
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift
High school diploma/GED or equivalent; welding certification a plus
