Order Picker
Pay $17/HR
Shift- Monday-Friday 7am -330pm
We're looking for a detail-oriented Order Picker to join our production team! In this role, you'll pull materials from pick lists and distribute them to assembly technicians, keeping our production line moving smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Accurately pick, prepare, and distribute components to meet production schedules
- Locate, prepare, and etch parts for production
- Meet weekly department productivity targets
- Resolve inventory discrepancies promptly
- Assist with assembly, testing, or shipping & receiving as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED; must be 18+
- Warehouse/order picking experience within the last year preferred
- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to train)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout shift
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends/holidays
Work Environment:
Climate-controlled, 50,000 sq. ft. facility — you'll be on your feet and moving throughout the day.
Steel-toe shoes and PPE required.
