MUST be able to pass a 2G horizontal test single bevel Mig stringer Flux-core fill and cap
Responsibilities
Weld headers according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
Inspect completed welds for defects and make necessary corrections
Fit and tack parts prior to final welding
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
Qualifications
Proven experience as a header welder or in a similar welding role
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
