Professional Summary of Header Grinder
We are seeking a detail-oriented Header Grinder to join our production team. This role is responsible for grinding headers both internally and externally to meet quality and dimensional specifications.
Responsibilities of Header Grinder
- Grind headers internally and externally to specified dimensions and tolerances.
- Inspect finished parts for defects, burrs, or inconsistencies and make adjustments as needed.
- Use measuring tools such as calipers and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy.
- Maintain grinding equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
Qualifications of Header Grinder
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or grinding experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Preferred Experience Job Title: Header Grinder
- Prior experience grinding metal parts, headers, or similar components in a manufacturing environment preferred.
