Quality Control
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, DOE
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-3:30pm
Location: Tulsa, OK
Professional Summary of Quality Control
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control professional to join our team. This role is responsible for verifying that parts and products meet required specifications by reading blueprints, taking accurate measurements, and using precision inspection tools. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and basic computer skills for data entry.
Responsibilities of Quality Control
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to verify part specifications.
- Accurately measure parts using a tape measure, calipers, micrometers, and other QC instruments.
- Inspect parts and products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
- Document inspection results and report any nonconforming parts.
- Perform light data entry to record inspection findings.
- Communicate with production and engineering teams regarding quality issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
Qualifications of Quality Control
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure, calipers, and micrometers.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Preferred Experience Job Title: Quality Control
- Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role within a manufacturing environment preferred.
