Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour, plus $2/hour shift differential

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead our tube-rolling and assembly team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and supporting a skilled workforce within the air-cooled heat exchanger industry.
Responsibilities of Shift Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate daily tube-rolling and assembly operations to meet production schedules.
- Lead, train, and support production team members throughout the shift.
- Monitor production quality and ensure products meet company and customer specifications.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate with other shift supervisors and management regarding production status, staffing, and equipment needs.
- Maintain accurate production records and shift documentation.
- Foster a positive, productive, and safety-focused work environment.
Qualifications of Shift Supervisor
- Experience in the air-cooled heat exchanger industry required.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of tube-rolling and assembly processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Preferred Experience Job Title: Shift Supervisor
- Previous supervisory experience specifically within the air-cooled heat exchanger industry strongly preferred.
