About the Role

BlueWorx Staffing is hiring a Sandblast/Paint Technician for a well-established manufacturing partner in the Oklahoma City area. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on worker with industrial painting or sandblasting experience looking for flexible shift options and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

Operate sandblasting equipment to prepare surfaces for coating/painting
Apply industrial coatings and paint to parts and equipment using proper techniques
Inspect surfaces and finished coatings for quality, coverage, and consistency
Set up and maintain sandblasting and paint booth equipment
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and respiratory equipment
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

Prior experience in industrial painting or sandblasting required
Comfortable wearing PPE and respiratory equipment for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift
Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
