About the Role
BlueWorx Staffing is hiring reliable Assemblers for a well-established manufacturing partner in the Oklahoma City area. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on worker looking for stable, first-shift hours with a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards
- Use hand tools and power tools to fit, fasten, and secure parts
- Perform basic quality checks and inspections on assembled units
- Identify and report defective materials or assembly issues
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Meet daily production and quality goals
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow
Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic blueprints
- Comfortable using hand tools and small power tools
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and availability for 1st shift hours
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
