Professional Summary of CNC Machinist

Blueworx is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to work with both hardware and software to produce high-quality CNC machined parts. This full-time position requires strong mathematical and critical-thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely with complex machines and tools.

Responsibilities of CNC Machinist

• Interpret and apply customer specifications
• Enter specifications into CNC machines
• Set up tooling for machines
• Monitor machine operations
• Follow 5S principles and maintain an organized work area
• Follow all required safety protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications of CNC Machinist

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Above-average math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to operate and work with complex machines and tools
• Ability to stand for multiple hours throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk, carry, reach, sit, stand, and use hands for pushing and pulling

Preferred Experience CNC Machinist

• CNC certification or
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating CNC machinery
