Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Professional Summary of Customer Support Representative

BlueWorx is looking for a highly organized Customer Support Representative to join a growing manufacturing operation in Claremore, OK. This position will act as a liaison between customers and internal manufacturing teams while helping ensure production schedules and delivery commitments are met. The Customer Support Representative will coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Shipping while providing customers with timely updates and helping maintain an efficient production schedule.

Responsibilities of Customer Support Representative

Provide timely and professional production and order-status updates to customers.
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Coordinate between Engineering, Production, Quality, and Shipping to support on-time delivery.
Plan production-control activities to improve operational efficiency.
Help maintain quality, timely delivery, and cost effectiveness.
Schedule and monitor material movement throughout the production cycle.
Optimize scheduling of manufacturing processes and available resources.
Help ensure necessary materials are available to support production schedules.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications of Customer Support Representative

Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Experience working with spreadsheets and database-management tools.
Demonstrated proficiency with ERP and Excel software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across departments.

Preferred Experience Customer Support Representative:

Minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience in a relevant industry.
Previous manufacturing, production-control, scheduling, or customer-support experience.
Experience with Epicor ERP is preferred.
