Professional Summary of Material Handler

Seeking an organized Materials Coordinator to support production by ensuring materials, tooling, and products are available when needed. This position works closely with production and materials teams to improve efficiency, workflow, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities of Material Handler

• Coordinate material and tooling availability for production.
• Organize and stage materials and products.
• Support production control and movement of work orders.
• Assist with scheduling manufacturing processes and resources.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and reduce excess inventory.
• Operate forklifts to safely move materials.
• Communicate effectively with production and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications of Material Handler

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or related experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Knowledge of inventory and material handling.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team player with a flexible attitude.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office a plus.
• Epicor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and navigate stairs.
