We are seeking an experienced Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong machining skills, attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate manual or CNC lathes while producing quality parts to specifications.

Responsibilities of Lathe Operator

• Operate and set up lathe machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and tooling changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.

Qualifications of Lathe Operator

• Previous lathe or machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Preferred Experience Lathe Operator:

• 1+ years of lathe or machining experience.
• Manual or CNC lathe experience.
