Assembly Fabricator

Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: Monday–Friday, typically 6:00/7:00 AM–3:30/4:00 PM; occasional Saturdays
Pay: $16–$18+/hour, DOE

BlueWorx Staffing is looking for an Assembly Fabricator to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Tulsa area. This is a hands-on position focused on fabricating and assembling precision components while maintaining high standards for quality and workmanship.

What You’ll Do as an Assembly Fabricator

• Fabricate and assemble metal and non-metal components
• Read and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Measure, mark, cut, drill, grind, deburr, polish, and finish parts
• Operate hand tools, power tools, drills, grinders, presses, shears, and other fabrication equipment
• Assemble components using fasteners, adhesives, and approved assembly methods
• Inspect completed work for proper dimensions, quality, and workmanship
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work with team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations

What We’re Looking for in an Assembly Fabricator

• Previous fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Experience using basic measuring and inspection tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed

Pay is negotiable based on experience and skill level
