Location: Tulsa, OK
GD Energy Products is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to oversee the performance, maintenance, and repair of large production machinery. The Maintenance Mechanic will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, complete repairs and modifications, and help ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on production machinery.
Thoroughly clean machines and machine parts, removing and reinstalling parts as necessary.
Oil and lubricate moving parts to ensure effective machine performance.
Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts.
Order and install replacement parts for machinery.
Identify the causes of unexpected machine breakdowns.
Repair broken machinery quickly and efficiently.
Prepare reports documenting maintenance and repair work performed.
Clean, organize, inventory, stock, and maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.
Coordinate with managers to schedule regular machine maintenance.
Collaborate with the Product Manager or Plant Engineer regarding new products, equipment additions, and required machinery modifications.
Make necessary machinery modifications and conduct test runs.
Confer with the Product Manager regarding test results and make additional machinery alterations as required.
Maintain regular attendance and comply with all Company policies and rules.
Work overtime, including potential night and weekend shifts, as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to visually inspect machinery and identify maintenance or repair needs.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
Ability to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Experience in industrial maintenance, including repairing and maintaining heavy industrial equipment.
Strong preference for experience working with pumps or in a similar manufacturing environment.
Some vocational or community college coursework related to industrial maintenance, mechanics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
