SKILLED GENERAL LABOR (ASSMEBLY)
Pay: $20 -$24 DOE
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Required overtime on Fridays)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Professional Summary of General Labor (Assembly)
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on position involves assembling production components, soldering parts, grinding materials, and performing a variety of manufacturing duties in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and capable of performing physically demanding work throughout the shift.
Responsibilities of General Labor (Assembly)
- Assemble production components according to work instructions and specifications.
- Read a tape measure down to the 1/8th inch.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Perform basic soldering to secure and assemble parts.
- Use grinders and other hand and power tools to prepare and finish components.
- Inspect materials and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications of General Labor (Assembly)
- Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Availability to work required overtime on Fridays as part of the regular schedule.
Preferred Experience Job Title: General Labor (Assembly)
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Soldering experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience using hand and power tools, including grinders, is preferred.
