Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; Saturdays, 6:00 AM–11:00 AM

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-standard controls and machining setups.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Prepare and configure CNC machines for production runs, with a strong emphasis on executing efficient milling setups.
- Operation & Monitoring: Run production parts on both horizontal machining and vertical machining centers, monitoring operations to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Control Navigation: Utilize and navigate HAAS controls and Fanuc controls to adjust machine settings, enter offsets, and manage programs.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with blueprints and specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine errors, tool wear, or programming discrepancies during production.
Qualifications & Skills
- Control Proficiency: Direct experience operating machinery equipped with HAAS controls and Fanuc controls.
- Machining Expertise: Proven track record working with horizontal/vertical machining environments.
- Setup Skills: Strong capability in independently handling milling setups, including installing fixtures, loading tools, and setting part zeroes.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
