Shift: 5am-5pm (10-12 HR shift) occasional Saturday

Professional Summary of Shipping & Receiving
Blueworx Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This position coordinates shipments, prepares documentation, verifies materials, and maintains accurate records to ensure products are delivered safely and on time.
Responsibilities of Shipping & Receiving
- Process shipping paperwork, packing lists, and shipping data entry.
- Coordinate transportation and verify shipment destinations.
- Verify materials and inspect incoming work orders.
- Prepare commercial invoices and international shipping documents.
- Assist with customs documentation and outside processing shipments.
- Coordinate warehouse inventory and shipping/receiving activities.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintain shipping logs and reporting records.
- Communicate with Production, Sales, Purchasing, and Engineering to ensure timely shipments.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications of Shipping & Receiving
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3–5 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse coordination experience preferred.
- Forklift and pallet jack experience required.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and push or pull up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust.
Additional Requirements:
- This is a Safety Sensitive position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.
Preferred Experience Shipping & Receiving
3–5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse coordination, or a manufacturing logistics environment.
