Job Title: Assembly Lead
Pay: Up to $27/hour DOE
Shift: First or Second Shift (Flexibility required; shift assignments may change based on workload. Second-shift hours typically run from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM depending on production needs).

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Assembly Lead to oversee production workflows and guide assembly teams. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in aerospace or precision hardware assembly, alongside the flexibility to transition between first and second shifts as production demands shift.
Responsibilities of Assembly Lead
- Lead and support assembly technicians to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.
- Adapt to changing workloads by working flexible hours across first or second shifts.
- Oversee the proper utilization of precision assembly tools and hardware installation.
- Ensure team compliance with safety protocols, engineering blueprints, and operational procedures.
Qualifications of Assembly Lead
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- High degree of flexibility regarding scheduling and shift assignments.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interview, evaluate, and guide team members.
Preferred Experience
- Direct experience operating specialty tools including Rivet Squeezes, Pull Rivet Guns, Roller Swaging machines, and Arbor Presses.
- Hands-on familiarity with hardware installation such as Bushings, Rivets, Nut plates, Bearings, Hi-Loks, and Helicoils.
- Proficiency in mixing and applying technical adhesives, sealants, primers, and semkits.
