Location: Shawnee, OK
Pay: $16-18/hr
Shift: 1st Shift

Overview:
BlueWorx is hiring a skilled Pallet Assembler for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on building wooden pallets with speed, consistency, and attention to safety.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and assemble wood pallets using hand and power tools

• Read and follow build specs or basic instructions

• Keep up with production quotas without cutting corners

• Inspect work for quality and consistency

• Keep your work area clean and safe

• Work well as part of a team in a high-output environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with hand tools and nail guns
• Expertise reading a tape measure and communicating measurements

• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Able to follow directions and work at a steady pace

• Strong attention to safety

• Dependable and ready to work
