About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
Actively lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (such as 5S, Kaizen events, and Lean Manufacturing projects) to enhance productivity.
Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, machinery, and plant layouts for cost-effective production.
Conduct time and motion studies to establish and maintain optimal standards for new and existing products.
Equipment & Capital Project Management:
Manage capital expenditure projects from initiation to closure, including specification, justification (payback, capacity, efficiency), and vendor management.
Investigate, select, and implement new equipment and tooling to support manufacturing and automation goals.
Identify and justify opportunities for automation to increase efficiency and improve ergonomics.
Engineering & Technical Support:
Serve as a key technical resource, troubleshooting complex manufacturing problems and performing Root Cause Analysis.
Collaborate closely with Product Engineering to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA) of new and revised products.
Assist in training production personnel on new equipment and processes.
Safety & Compliance:
Champion a safety-first culture by maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety regulations.
Ensure all processes and equipment comply with relevant quality, environmental, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Root Cause Analysis techniques.
Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software (such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and external vendors.

Position Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager with a strong background in ASME code compliance and fabrication or pipe-bending environments. This role leads all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS), oversees inspection and testing programs (including NDT), supports external audits, and ensures dimensional accuracy of fabricated components.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and continuously improve the QMS to ensure compliance with ASME and customer standards.
Lead and coordinate ASME code audits and internal readiness activities.
Supervise daily QC and inspection operations: material receiving, in-process inspection, weld inspection, and final release.
Perform and oversee dimensional inspections for pipe bending (ovality, thinning, radius verification, straightness, etc.).
Review and approve inspection plans, WPS/PQR documentation, and control plans.

Required Qualifications
